After asking 4 workshops for a quote through their provided email address, Kuljit was the only one who actually took the time to reply.
He also took the list of items to work on and checked them before doing any work. I was surprised and pleased when he told me that a few items on that list (that i got from an inspection at another workshop) didnt need to be done.
Another nice service is the videos that Kuljit makes from the work to show and explain what he was doing.
Its really great to see that there are honest people who really care about their customers.
Thank you Kuljit also for checking that the car can do a longer ride that we planed.

My car kept on showing an engine fault and emitting black smoke from the exhaust and my local garage was not able to fit me in for about 2 weeks. As this is the family car and is needed to get 5 of us around I needed the issues addressed quickly. Kuljit was able to fit me in the same day and had my car repaired by the following morning.
He was able to diagnose the issue and obtain original parts quickly. He was thorough in assessing the issue, kept me updated of progress, let me know what costs would be before doing anything. Kuljit has also followed up to make sure that everything is running well and that all the issues have been properly resolved. I will definitely being taking my car back to Karbide Autotechnik if I have any need in the future.
