I've had email confirmation that a lovely wicker dressing table stool/storage that I ordered from this company via Amazon had been dispatched and was due to be delivered today. I've now also had an email saying that I requested a refund and wish to return the item and the refund is being processed from topfurnishing . I didn't request a refund as I want this item and I would like to know what going on regarding this order. How can I get a refund on a dispatched item ? I've written a dozen times to Topfurnishing through Amazon asking what's going on and my emails are not being replied to. I have been told by Amazon Chat/help tonight that the item was apparently damaged in transit and being returned. Amazon said it was up to topfurnishing to inform me of this. I waited in today because as far as I knew the item was being delivered today !! I also notice that the item 'currently unavailable' so don't know what's going on Terrible customer service. Purchased a lovely bedside cabinet. Sadly it arrived damaged, but after contacting & sending a few photo's a replacement was sent the next day. Arrived in perfect condition really pleased with purchase & extremely happy with customer service.

We bought a 200 gbp room divider from them on Amazon. When it arrived, the colour didn't match the description AT ALL (nor the photos) and the wood was chipped. It took us two weeks of e-mails (half of them ignored by the seller) to get them to collect the item for a return! When they finally collected it, 10 days passed and they still hadn't refunded the amount. We had to insist A LOT to finally get it back, even though they'd long agreed to refund! Worst seller on Amazon ever.
