I have found Datek very easy to work with over the years providing a very professional service. We have used Datek for infrastructure upgrades/consulting/system failures and found their technical staff to be very proficient and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to any new issues and are always willing to help - I would highly recommend.

We currently use Datek as our IT provider and helpdesk. Their service to date has been faultless, always with in their SLA, polite, knowledgeable and proactive in serving all of our IT needs, from hardware to support.

7.5 years ago we put ourselves in the more then capable hands of Datek Solutions and have never looked back. They deal with everything from starters, leavers, software updates and anything in between. At the start of the pandemic we needed to move fast to enable our business to continue from peoples homes and Datek put their capes on and supported us with everything. I cannot recommend them enough and I only wish outsourcing of departments went this smoothly.

I worked with Datek for a number of years while in a previous role and they were always efficient, professional and friendly. It always felt like a true partnership, where we had honest conversations about what we needed and what is possible. They have a great attitude to all engagement, from the top down, and I'm still in contact with them after moving on from my role. Highly recommended.
