AVOID, unprofessional and none responsive - called by Andrew to go for an interview, got the second interview, never heard anything back - Andrew left or got sacked with no notice, no one was picking up his clients. Good thing I kept his mobile number. Called the office as he recommended, asked to forward my details via an email months ago, still waiting on a response. Had to phone the client directly and tell them if they made an offer I didn't get it and would withdraw my application either way.

DO NOT USE SIDESTEP CONSULTING!!!! Very poor response times and just ignore your calls altogether. I had a first stage interview and then they asked me on a Friday to complete a tech test to build a web scraper app by the Monday (WASTING MY WEEKEND). Then never heard back from them. Even if i did not pass the test it is very UNPROFESSIONAL to not give any feed back at all. The recruiter was LUKE BARRON. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Used car salesmen avoid unless you want a rusty 1976 lada with a sunroof. Totally unprofessional and confrontational avoid at all costs!! Director is a delboy type about as much use as a wing mirrors on a submarine.

Worst to deal with. They don't communicate when needed, I'm shocked that great companies have contracts with these people. They definitely don't even care about you as a candidate so if what they wanted to arrange for you doesn't go through they don't even tell you maybe "sorry the company didn't want to proceed " and when you chase them up to ask what happened they don't want to answer thus giving you not even the minimum of chances to improve yourself. Stay away from these people! Avoid them, they are horrible!

Worst consultancy on the planet I have contracted for over 2 decades,never seen such unprofessional attitude Abrupt and rude staff including the director STAY MILLION MILES AWAY!
