        Excellent service, kept me updated when waiting for appointment time. Finished faster than expected, comfortable waiting area with toilet and refreshments. Highly rated, easy and stress free.

        I was unexpectedly late for my appointment due to the extreme weather conditions on the road, I stayed in contact with the workshop the whole time, explaining the situation. The customer service was non existent, one guy shouted to the other inside the building SHELL HAVE TO WAIT SHES AN HOUR LATE what way is that to speak about a customer? Clearly this is not a company to use if your a female on your own! Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Then to say that there could be a significant delay, which is fair as I was not here for my allocated time, but to shrug his shoulders saying could be 4,5 6 hour wait? Come on thats a big gap in time! I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone especially if your a woman on your own. Service: Auto windshield replacement
