Do not waste your time with this waste-of-time place. They offer rates well below other agencies, they make you jump through hoops re. references, which no other agency makes you do. They make you waste your time by coming into their office and spending 1 1/2 hours there, which no other agency does. They are a total waste of time firm, avoid like the plague. All they do is offer me 8-hour minimum shifts at rates 3-4ph below other agencies. Automatically 2 hours' pay is deducted to pay Employer's National Insurance, so essentially they want me to work for 8 hours and work for very little more than the national minimum wage, after I've spent a couple of thousand doing the driving qualifications in a time where drivers are in short supply. Very stupid company, I doubt they'll be around for long.
