I Ordered pistol and gas and co2, Ive waited 2days and still never got a confirmation email, tried creating an account on the website to try and track my order, I signed in and went to my recent orders and it said empty Ive emailed support and manager email, still nothing yet! Very bad service so far! Im going to Give it a couple more days before I go through the refund steps and taking legal action if nothing received soon!

My review echoes others' experiences: received a gun that didn't work, very cheap. Contacted the owners who asked for video evidence but unfortunately, the video exceeded the maximum size allowed to upload, therefore this route was not an option, I explained the issue but my explanation went completely ignored, still never to be answered. They took my money and ignored any chance of communication to return. Don't advise this company, will avoid for the future. AVOID

Great service and very helpful. Only issue is parking outside and in the area if you're going ro pop down. They have everything you need for AirSoft
