I had the pleasure of speaking to Omar today (Sheila also), both were extremely helpful and very informative. Their support was amazing and they managed to solve my queries within 15 minutes. Very grateful and Would highly recommend their services.

I am so angry at this service. I am renting a car and I am being charged more per month than my agreed contract. I have tried several times to contact someone about this and no one will respond to me. If I don't receive a reply I am taking further action.

I wish I had read these reviews before leasing with this company. I was given a number to call from a text with a reference number and I was told Id be passed over to another line 4 times. I dont why theyd give me the wrong number then send me on a wild goose chase saying that the rules have changed and I am able to change the mileage on my lease. But after those 4 calls I was told I cant change the mileage on my lease. Awful customer service dont use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before.

Feel like I should leave a review as they have a lot of bad ones on here. We used a broker (Select Cars) to lease a car for three years. The lease company turned out to be Leasys. After viewing their reviews it made me a little worried about the whole process. But after three years and just having returned the vehicle their customer service throughout has been supurb. Always available on the phone when needed and no nasty surprises during or after the lease period. From my pov they have been excellent and I would highly recommend them.
