        They lost my UPS package which was sent for repair. When I arrived on Saturday, so many boxes to be sent out sitting in the window. Now I find out that my package hasnt been delivered or in transit after 5 days at the access point. Youve lost a customer for life and I hope no one experiences the disappointment and pain of trusting a delivery company to only have your important package lost.
