Agents owes both landlord and tenants money. Taken rental deposit and failed to secure with protection scheme therefore trading illegally. Consistently makes false promises to repay and leaves property keys all over the shop in a mess. Currently being investigated by the Property Ombudsman and Slough Council. Makes up rules to charge extra fees. You'd struggle to find a worse agent.

Sadly KPS has deteriorated ever since Andy Wright left the company. I am a landlord and used to be a client of KPS. They are still withholding payment of rent they received from my tenants back in March 2021 (900) and are still keeping my tenant's deposit of 1030 despite my numerous messages and calls. It is interesting that most of the recent (after Andy left) reviews are negative except for the one left by Peter Ma who is an employee of KPS and reports directly to Bharat Odedra! Conflict of interest perhaps?
