Bad experience. Simply asked for a tile ceramic drill bit. Man pulled out the cheapest tackiest drill bit in existence. Purchased anyway, took it home and it became blunt and non drillable only after 2 tiles. Products are cheap, as if purchased via Ali Baba. Back to screw fix it is... Ordered also floor adhesive... Rapid set Flexi. After 4 days tiles could still be lifted up, the texture underside was like mud grain..this is suppose to be rapid set not a 1 week set. The use by date is done on a manual label machine, not even printed on the bag. Makes me think are they selling old adhesive. Also requested a builder from them to lay tiles. Goes by the name of lucky.. he can't read, can't write, ruined the floor and the. Fiddled the reciepts from the shop to gain additional money of us. I don't think I will shop here again. Cheap store.
