Absolutely amazing experience. As a content creator I was looking for a new shop to fund the airsoft dream of mine. Decided to Purchase a two tone ARMY ARMAMENT JW3 BABA YAGA. Took it home was working fine then had an issue with the slide where it was locking. Not a bespoke airsoft issue but manufacturer issue. Paint was on too thick causing the slide to lock. Took it in the next day got it sorted out immediately and then just caught up with the guys there. Didnt purchase a single thing but spent an hour and a half looking at other guns to just have fun with and they didnt mind at all. They gave me all the information I needed. Im definitely going back.

As a regular client of this shop and specially through online orders is very sad that the website is not update and the customer service is not ideal since no solution is offered. As per the last two weeks I've been trying to order a few items which shows on the website as in stock and everytime I try to checkout most of items are actually out of stock. After three phone calls and two emails with screenshots showing that the item shows as in stock the only reply i keep getting from a gentleman on the phone is that the item is not in their stock and the website takes 24 hours to update and he cannot do anything about it. Very unprofessional since i did explain that this situation is been happening for the last two weeks and on the last phone call the same also started to raise his voice to the point that I had to end up the call. Website stock is not up to date, really poor customer service and no solution or compensation for this inconvenience caused is offered.

Ordered one pistol, excellent. Ordered second. Faulty, gas leak, magazine did not fit smoothly, and misfired. Responded, as advertised, to their sales email address. No response. Eventually called, and told I had to video all of these faults before they would engage with a repair or replacement. Now, rather have a refund, and never use again. Very poor customer service.

I'm totally new to airsoft. I called up to ask the team what their personal opinions were on what the best electric rifle would be for my budget. I was met by a very friendly Angelie (apologies if that's misspelled) on the phone and straight away she asked the team who knew the weapons in store inside and out what their opinions were and I was given a precise answer to say the least as well as advice on what is needed with it - I didn't feel like this was an 'upselling', I checked the reviews on it and It checked out and the items were actually needed as they didn't come with the product itself. Not only that, but I had told Angelie I was browsing the two tones only and she quickly assured me I didn't need to strictly look at them If I fancied another, as they could two tone it themselves. I said I was looking to pick up the product today and Angelie said once I made the order to let them know, so they can fast track it and two tone paint it same day for collection. Even advising me to email them pre-emptively that I confirm the two toning, to save time from me replying to their usual email they send when Two toning needs to be confirmed. I paid with the payl8r scheme. I was very quickly contacted to say that they don't release items until payment is received as through the scheme there will be a delay and I would not be able to pick up the item same day, Which is totally understandable from a business point of view. Communication was great. During that same phone call however, The staff from accounts approached Angelie and said that they expect as Payl8r was confirmed, they would likely receive the payment and on this occasion they were happy for me to still come and collect my item on the same day! Total team effort here with the great service I've received, and a great start to my airsoft journey for sure. Would definitely recommend
