        Absolutely dreadful. From lack of communication and lies before moving in, to move in day where we found filthy toilets, dirty baths, smoke alarms hanging off ceilings, no curtains, bare bulbs list goes on. Children Hills did not give the group of renters an inventory at move in. No HMO licence and was told its not an HMO (it is as spoke to council) and now several sightings of rats INSIDE the house and they continue to ignore all calls AVOID this agency at all costs. They cannot be bothered. Take their commission and job done to them
