We were looked after at Sytner MINI Slough by Alanah Antonori on the hunt for a used Clubman JCW. The service was fabulous from the start on what was a busy day. Plenty of time given and her pitch and knowledge of the cars, and what was available for our budget was spot on. A great ambassador for MINI and for Sytner. Easy to organise a virtual and in-person appointment. Sales person was charismatic and very friendly (score would've been higher had I only dealt with them), their colleague in finance, not so much. Initially I was going to buy a new car and found the information given clear, both about the car and finance options. In the end, due to issues with my car, I had to buy second hand as I was more desperate. Once changing to a used car, I found key details, such as higher interest on finance, weren't given and I realised this myself before querying; things like this should've been highlighted. I ended up buying in cash and then found the person in charge of finance very hostile, I guess they would've missed out on commission! Much later, I rang up to query a warning light on my car and the receptionist insisted it was due to my MOT being due. It turned out it was a proper engine warning light and nothing to do with the MOT, so watch out! Reception staff should not be giving answers about technical issues they clearly know nothing about.

Very good service from the sales rep. Very patient friendly and understanding on both occasions. Fabulous handover on turnstile and red bow.
