Did all the fixes myself and was always reimbursed for the materials. Very understanding and lenient to any changes proposed.
Never had a problem with contact, even if noone picked up always got a phone call back.
Did not have any issues when moving out on a short notice because of some neighbour issues. Got my deposit back.
Nothing but good memmories renting from them!
