I have had the misfortune to have had 2 properties with this company as a landlord. Unfortunately I have also recommended a couple of friends to them. We have had nothing but problems with them for years. They are behind with the rent they owe us by 6 months. This equals to approx 9900. They never answer their calls. They keep saying they will pay the rent then they don't. I have no choice but to take this down the legal route. I really have given them many many chances to resolve this and pay me the outstanding rent that they owe. They are liars and thieves. Beware .

This agent is also known as Vantage homes after one year of asking for my property back I got the keys back on 25th July 2021 the house was totally trashed and they would not honour their contract of leaving it in good order also even though the garage was not part of the letting it was full of rubbish left by the tenant which I had to remove at my own cost They still have not paid me at least 1700 and dont answer my calls I am now in the process of contacting the relevant council they deal with PLEASE DO NOT USE their services otherwise you will regret it like me

This estate agents is a joke. Nothing gets done on time, they are rude on the phone especially a lady called Sarah who works there, she has no consideration and will leave a new born baby without heating for two weeks. Everytime you ask if someone can take a look at something in the property they send Del Boy and Rodney to it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTATE AGENTS!!!!
