Credit where credits due! The Comfort Care Team has totally blown me away with the attentiveness, kindness and professionalism helping my family member move into supported accommodation. Watching my family member struggle has been the hardest experience of my life and I am truly blown away at how Dacre, Ana and all the rest of team have gone above and beyond to make my family member welcome. This is probably the third review for anything Ive ever written in my life, and really reflects how impressed Ive been with the whole process since speaking to office staff, viewing properties with Rizs help, and now moving my family member in. Thank you all, you are doing brilliant work

This place is absolutely horrendous worked here for about a month the staff are incredibly disrespectful and abusive. Ive been verbally and physically abused in this institution and Ive tried to raise a complaint with manager no action was taken do not work here absolutely disgusting place also they dont pay you on time and if they do they pay you less than what your worked for. This place needs to be shut down they also violate the service users rights by verbally abusing them, these are people who sometimes cant speak or stand up for themselves its just disgusting there needs to be an investigation in this place and its workers
