        Worst agent. I left the property in Nov 2021 and they still havent paid back my deposit amount even after rigorously chasing. On the top they didnt even shared a reference number of any security deposit scheme. They clearly didnt secured my deposit money in any scheme and took advantage of me being new to the country then as i wasnt aware about the laws. The owner too isnt taking any responsibility. BEWARE OF THEM.

        I would like to caution others against using their services. The manager of this establishment appears to be a liar and a fraud, which is unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership position. It is important to hold service providers accountable for their actions, and in this case, it seems like Buxtons estate has fallen short. In my opinion, it is best to look elsewhere for your real estate needs. There are many other reputable companies that can provide quality service and support. It is important to research and choose carefully before committing to any service provider. Overall, I would strongly suggest not using Buxtons estate based on our experience and encourage others to do the same. Their service was awful and the behavior of their manager was unacceptable.
