        My wife and I had been in Cambridge to meet some friends and on the way back home to France we had loss of power in the outside lane of the M 25 after a stop start traffic situation. I was just accelerating up to 70 mph when I lost 80% power in my Citroen C4 Picasso in the outside lane! I had to cross three lanes of fast moving traffic to the hard shoulder without hitting anyone or them hitting me. Highways England arranged for R & S Recovery. We found L & J next to the recovery yard. Lee and Kate helped us in a very stressful situation. What a great couple. Lee sorted the car and we were on our way. I can not stress to highly the sympathy, professionalism and helpfulness of this husband and wife team. Thank you both. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
