        My wife implant need to remove urgently but phone is down it says closed online not possible to book appointment so what now???? Customer service is rubbish!!!!!!!!

        The treatment is better than excellent. I was very afraid of the IUD insertion. The doctor spoke to me and explained everything and treated me very calmly and it was better than I expected. Thank you all from the first reception until the doctor and the nurse
