        Most unhelpful. Have been calling for days and days. They must realise the everyone is not free at 8 am to call. People have other work to do as well. No way for us to access any help! Dont know what to do! E-consultation does not work either.

        Avoid joining this surgery, they are operating a telephone consultation initially no face to face appointments, maintained the pandemic practice even after the restrictions have been lifted. IF YOU ARE FORTUNATE TO OPTAIN A HOLD IN THE PHONE QUEUE. SLOUGH BOROUGH COUNCIL NEED TO INTERVENE TO ASSESS THE DUTY OF CARE THIS SURGERY IS OFFERING THEIR PATIENTS. Every review has highlighted the incompetence of the staff and their rude manner. Absolutely ridiculous. Very very expensive for acquiring medical reports. Probably the most expensive practice in Slough, they charge 50 to 100% more than other surgeries in Slough.

        Before this surgery was very good, i always found the doctors are very nice and kinf but now the receptionist don't help,they made really hard to see a gp. I don't want to make an appointment because of the receptionist.
