Travis Perkins Slough

Thank you so much to Paul at TP slough for being a massive help when another branch at the last minute told me they could not fulfil and order which they had promised for delivery before the weekend. Paul was fantastic and not only managed to get the items delivered but also delivered earlier than he had originally thought which was much appreciated. I am very grateful for the help, support and professionalism and definitely recommend TP slough for any building/garden supplies.

The items they sent via courier arrived fast and without issue, great work. The bulk items to be delivered via grabber truck turned up late and then refused to unload because of the presence of double yellow lines. This is on a wide, quiet, residential street in Buckinghamshire with loads of passing room and maybe one car every few minutes. Ironically he spent 5x longer sitting there on double yellows calling his office to say he wouldn't deliver than it would have taken to offload the two bags. So a complete lack of common sense but 'company policy' apparently and according to Slough TP customer service. For future reference TP you can load/unload on yellows in most cases, see the highway code. Conclusion; if your site is near yellow lines there's a high chance that you won't get your delivery.

Amazing care and service! I didnt know of Travis Perkins before but am now a huge fan and would recommend them to anyone looking for a personalised, knowledgeable service. We rented a wheelbarrow and concrete mixer for the day, but they have a whole suite of tools and materials for anyone fixing up their home and looking for affordable, quality products. The team at the Slough branch are simply awesome and go above and beyond. I felt taken care of from the get go. A special shout out to Tiny, Brian and Dave! Thanks to the whole team.
