        Sometimes you wonder if this is actually a library or a football venue do as you please. No staff around - students running the show with excessive noise - staff when available have no control. this place should be shut down

        Do not call this a library, it is not one as such. On the inside of this curved building there are two floors designed for study. One is the none-quiet, social section with a selection of books to peruse from. Above it is the inappropriately named 'quiet section'. I'm entirely convinced whoever was assigned to design this building did so in a perfunctory manner as it is just not fit for design. The old library, if anyone remembers it, had a designated section for those who wished to embellish themselves in study or any other focussed work. This so-called replacement simply eliminates the possibility for such activity. It is an atrocious building that seems to have had the main focus on aesthetics. If you want to see an embodiment of form over function, this is it. All style and no substance.
