        NEVER work for as a subcontractor, we got them out of all sorts of trouble on a job in Barnet, priced a job, drawing/scope of works changed several times, we re-priced, estimator agreed via email to the increase in cost as they were desperate to get the works finished, and by the time we sent the invoice the estimator went back on his word, screwed us out of over 3,000 when we bent over backwards for them to complete. horrendously unprofessional, tucking up a company much smaller than theirs! still haven't paid any invoices to date, over 10,000 total. would avoid if you want to get paid what you actually agree on...
