        Where do I start, I have been working in care homes since I was 18 and was very worried about moving over to home care.. however Donna (the manager) and Claire have been AMAZING!!! Always giving me the right hours Ive asked for, always giving me help and reassurance when I need it. They went above and beyond at Christmas for their staff and service users!!! The pay is the best Ive had since having my son!!! If youre looking for a job in care please apply there are angels to work for!!! So so so glad I applied!

        I started work for Oxford house over 11yrs ago, it was a total career change for me, but I was given plenty of training & support.The management & office staff, are so supportive, and friendly, there are loads of incentives & rewards for staff. All in all a excellent company to work for.

        Working for Oxford House has been such a rewarding Career. I started in 1997 , I've been supported throughout by a great Management team who Listen ,encourage , support My Concerns . Excellent Training courses and its built my confidence to make a difference in the community. My Clients put there trust in me to make there lives easier ,supporting there Care needs .Windsor has a very good Team Because we Care, life as a Carer is so rewarding Oxford House have Excellent Standards ,Which is why I've had 25 years working for Oxford House ,

        I have been working for Oxford House for nearly a year now. I work the hours that suit me and work around my family. The management team have commodated accordingly to my requirements. Unfortunately I lost my father inlaw in February, Donna Doyle the manager and the team were very understanding and caring. They even sent me flowers and a card to my house. Which was really nice!
