Initially excellent - great advice and support. Was mistakenly given a mix of batches though and needed to return to sort this out. Waited for an apology, none forthcoming, requested an apology, was told thiat it is not company policy to apologise. Very strange approach to customer service - probably won't matter to everyone but it matters to me. Update to the above: I needed to return to purchase another box of tiles today and the manager raised the issue I described above. He was very apologetic and understanding of how frustrating the situation was and mentioned that it had been discussed with the relevant member of staff. My decorator is very pleased with the quality of the tiles and I think my experience was something of an anomaly for this company.

James is excellent sales/customer advisor and has been extremely helpful understanding patiently my requirements (me being layman) and also providing required inputs proactively, helped me navigate through the available range to choose from and finally enable me to make the right choice and selection. For me this is a customer delight. There is a great range of tiles with most to upto date designs and patterns in this facility. I strongly recommend this site if any one is looking tiles. By far the best service you will get from any tile shop. They are very patient and go that little bit extra to make sure the customer is happy. We originally spoke to Craig but then found all the staff members are extremely helpful. Also their prices are genuinely the cheapest compared to the competition - not just for tiles but their prices are better on materials as well like grout, adhesive, trims, etc etc. They even help to carry items out to your car! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
