        Very disappointed. Fire was non compliant and customer service not interested. Regulatory body involved. Buyer bd careful please..Recovery made under section 75

        Wood-burner installed that was not regulatory compliant and dangerous, according to the HETAS regulator, who conducted an inspection. After remedial work, HETAS provided another inspection, which they also failed. Took them to court (Aldershot and Farnham County Court, case number C0QZ109A), but they folded the company, First Choice Installations. Seems that this company was still trading, however. They owned a showroom in Farnborough - Hotspot Fireplaces - now closed. Mark Kirby was the company director and I see that he has also completed a review.

        Went into the showroom for a wood burner and fireplace to be fitted, very quick response and brilliant price compared to others round the area. Very polite and knowledgeable installers. Pleasure to have working round our house. It now completes our home and looks wonderful. Would recommend to everyone. After care is perfect and very responsive.
