Good service when you can get someone to answer the phone which I assume is down to staffing levels. Luke was very helpful so this is not a complaint about him personally. Calling any O2 customer services is a terrible experience, worse than HMRC and that's saying something. I have had to call them 4 times because of various issues and each time on hold for an hour only to be told I need to talk to the store. Terrible customer experience.

Great difficulty in setting a spending cap which could only be done by calling 202 and waiting for 25 mins. When I asked why it was so difficult to reduce my spending, I was told it was policy. No policy required to spend more I notice! The usual expected sharp practice I have come to expect from such organisations.
