        I had the most heartwarming experience with Kayani's. I placed an order on ubereats and there was an item missing (which is not a big deal and hasn't happened with my previous Kayani's order). The recipient called Kayani's who not only came to personally deliver the item within an hour, but also gave a complimentary gift which was not at all necessary. When I found out and called to explain that I had already placed a refund claim which ubereats were unable to reverse (I really tried!), Kayani's was completely understanding. Of course, we hope to pop into the store to return the refund amount if it comes through. But the kindness is just overwhelming. Thank you so much Kayani's for your kind and friendly attitude and the overall service you provide. Amazing products and service by really nice people :)
