We had already made a decision to go with another independent until we came across Farooq from Nova Kitchens and then we were completely blown over by not only the customer service excellence but also the competitive price and range of kitchen and appliances available. We had an awkward kitchen to design to say the least, however Farooq was so tentative and managed everything from initial conversation, to design to installation with amazing customer service. We had to made some design changes later in the project and this was also accommodated with no quibble. Farooq offered honest advice and gave us lots of ideas throughout, he even managed to align our builders, not part of his service however he went out of his way to give us an end to end experience we really appreciated. Our kitchen is not the biggest project, however Nova made us feel special and looked after our every need. We highly recommended Nova kitchens for a great customer experience and competitive price. Nova Kitchen Studio are a fantastic bespoke company who really do deliver and go out of their way to ensure that you do get a kitchen to your exact specification and at an affordable price. My husband and I carried out a full refurb to our home and wanted a modern stylish kitchen. We had visited several high street brands and were less than impressed with the ranges on offer and the exorbitant costs quoted. We were recommended to contact Farooq at Nova and he was exemplary from start to finish in helping us realize what we wanted and what we could achieve from a new kitchen in terms of functionality and budget. From our initial visit to the showroom to attending our home, answering all the questions we had, choosing appliances and managing the delivery process, we have a beautiful installed kitchen.
