        Do not deal with these guys. Kiran the manager said our offer was the best but gave the house for the same offer to someone else purely because they bribed her. So if you want a house, bribing works for these guys otherwise you won't get it. Also, make sure it's a decent amount or else they will give it to someone else. Purely unprofessional. And before you say we don't have proof, the house is near us and we know the person. Disgusting behaviour. Seriously they need to sack all of them and rehire some more professional staff. They probably get owners less money for their home as long as the buyer bribes them.
