TMC Maidenhead

Recently bought a lovely little Mini convertible for my wife as summer runaround. The longest journey it has done since purchase is its drive home from the garage (approx 80 miles) since this its done around 20 miles to the shops and back and then left on the drive awaiting the summer months. After a number of months gone by the car is being used again and getting ready for summer. However, it now has a fault and unable to be driven. It went back to the garage to have the issue looked at and fixed but now to be told it needs a new clutch at our expense. Not the best purchase weve made but it will regrettably be the last from TMC. Apart from the above, service was ok.

Wow, it has been such a long time since I have received such excellent customer service!! I needed some advice and Alan was able to diagnose the issue with my mini really quickly, professionally and with genuine kindness. Will be back, will recommend highly to all. Thanks so much!!!

Brought a Nissan from TMC, When Viewing the car Alan was very respectful and didnt at all pressure. The customer service is impeccable the care Alan has provided to ensure that the car is of the best condition possible is unnatural for this day and age when most businesses just want your money and will cut ties with you as soon as it has cleared. Some minor faults appeared on the car of which Alan took care of without a quibble providing a courtesy vehicle and updating regularly on the progress. I couldnt fault TMC this is a dealership that is respectful, approachable and gives a family run vibe which takes pride of all the vehicles that pass their hands. I would highly recommend TMC to family and friends.
