        Hello ! My name is Martin Baev. All three of my sons, Arthur 5, and twins Kevin and Steve 4, train with Sifu Chris. I am extremely happy that I found this person as a coach!!! An ingenious tactic for children, teaching them morals, discipline, respect for others, and especially in the form of games sharpens their concentration and focus skills! I am extremely happy with the strategy and individual child training and attitude of Sifu Chris! I recommend it to everyone with both hands! Thanks !

        It is not a high power needed type of marital art....its more into keeping calm and using your brain and opposition power to defend yourself and defeat and make your opponent realize that it's not hard to defeat him or her. Giving kids and elder to focus and keep calm. Originated originally from IP man...the teacher of Bruce Lee.
