Great dojo with padded floor making it perfect for grappling. I have had the pleasure of attending senior classes under Sensei Olgun at the Slough dojo. His wealth of martial arts knowledge across many disciplines (karate, boxing, grappling, ju-jitsu and many more) makes him an exceptional teacher. I highly recommend Shuhari for anyone wanting to get into the word of martial arts.

Sensei Olgun is a knowledge base of several martial arts. He brings all his experience to distill down the practically effective techniques in today's lifestyle. There is Judo, thai kick boxing, kungfu, brazilian juijitsu, Okinawan karate blend in this curriculum which makes it more complete and relevant.

I have attended Shuhari Martial Arts classes for over 8 years now and absolutely love it. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a martial arts club. There are classes held everyday at different locations to suit. All the classes follow a structured syllabus which is updated to remain relevant. All the instructors are fantastic & down to earth with Sensei Olgun who is one of the wisest & toughest trainers around with a wealth of knowledge & experience. The culture is great with students pushed to the best of thier abilities. Overall one of the best martial arts clubs anywhere. Simply awesome & you will come away knowing you have learnt something valuable every time you train as well as knowledge of karate terminology and some of the deeper understanding around self defence/martial arts. Overall a fantastic holistic experience and great club and dojo.
