Fujau is more than a place to get fit. It teaches discipline, gives you confidence, introduces you to likeminded people. It gives you a place to grow yourself and build the person you want to be. It's a family of people who are digging deep into what they can achieve, to make themselves the version of themselves that they are proud to see in the mirror. I know this because I'm that person, and we look forward to seeing you on the mat soon. OSU!

This review won't do justice to how amazing Paul Berry is as a coach at Fu Jau. My son has additional needs and started his Fu Jau journey at the age of 4, we were just coming out of lockdown and he spent his first lesson, quite literally, eating grass. Paul and I weren't sure how this was going to work out, but Paul gave Frank a chance, he saw something in him and knew he could do it. Two years later he's thriving, Paul's patience and faith in these children is amazing. Anyone who has the pleasurer of being trained by him will go far. He is a gentleman and, i know that Fu Jau will continue to grow from strength to strength with him training the the next generation. Osu!

Great club to train and learn this art and sports...Very welcoming and the students and instructors alike will accommodate all levels and abilities.. Be sure to know that Fu Jau kick boxing will change you for the better both mentally and physically and make you a sharper, confident and stronger person. Turning up for training is not enough on its own. Turn up and give it 101% effort and commitment and you will see results. Listen and learn from Coach Berry and Master Bedlow and you will see what you will achieve..
