This is a popular dojo with 2 classes every Sunday. There is ample parking outside and inside there is seating for parents to watch their kids develop their self-defence skills and confidence. Keen students attend both classes developing both the physical and mental aspects of pragmatic self-defence. The morning class tends to be busy with great warmups, partner drills and of course sparing. There are 2 helpful black belt instructors ready to answer any questions. The afternoon class allows for more individual time with the instructor, greater attention for feedback, padwork and preparation for later stages of the syllabus.

The instructor of this dojo, Sensei Sandeep has won the instructor of the year award in the club for the last 3 years in a row. You are in good hands if you attend this dojo. His dedication and discipline is inspiring with a 100% attendance record in the instructors class. His commitment has inspired his students and the result is a strong and enthusiastic dojo. The kids and adults who train in the Cippenham class are sharp. There is plenty of parking space in the venue.
