Rico service did no work for us. A Rico service engineer was sent by OKI to repair our office printer under warranty. The first engineer did not know how to open the machine & used brute force. He did not cure the problem but caused another additional problem because of the way he had worked on the machine. A second Rico engineer was sent. He too had no idea how to work on the printer and spilt print toner all over the inside of the machine. The back of the machine still has not been assembled properly. The Rico office that sent the engineer are not interested in rectifying the machine or compensation me for the expensive lost printer toner. Very poor service. The original problem was eventually solved over the phone with an OKI engineer in Eastern Europe. Very poor customer service from Rico
