Massive thank you to Zahra who was the moat epic host for my 7-year-old Sons Birthday party. I got extremely lucky with Zahra. She was so welcoming with a big smile on her face with the energy to match. She was so lovely and helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The kids had an absolute blast. Zahra went above and beyond. What a wonderful lady, she made the event go smoothly.

Sure, the kids had fun ultimately. But I travel up and down the whole of England. I have a collection of jump socks that I take to all jump centers with the kids and none of them ever have a problem cause they're the exact same, except for this one. You must wear (at an additional cost) their socks, that slip off easily (experienced by all 3 of us). They kicked off a stink when I pointed out that they were hygiene jump socks, much more than when my finger found a birthday boys badge pin with my finger tip in the sponge play area (ouch). The staff were young, unprofessional and on a power trip. There's many many I'd recommend over jumping giants from this encounter.

Went to jump giant Saturday just gone and found that the supervision has definitely stepped up. Went there last year and saw maybe 3 staff of the floor. Far more now. Well done. Very young team. Hope they are all first aid trained. Briefing room is entertaining for the adults.
