Awful communication, called them 5 times in a week once every day they said they'd call me back every day and didn't. Never respond to emails. I was unable to attend my court hearing due to medical issues and the barrister was meant to call me before hand to discuss and did not call me atall. Was not made aware of the outcome of the hearing until the next evening and that was because I kept calling them to ask them what had happened. Have asked for further information to be sent to me via email and they still haven't sent it over. Would not recommend. Very bad company and awful customer service !

Really disappointed with the service I received for my non molestation order proceedings. They let me down on my court date an hour before the hearing so I had to attend court on my own while my abusive ex sat there with a barrister and solicitor. All my E mail Communications were constantly ignored, very important documents were sent via whats app with no discussion or advice given and I received no reply to persistent phone calls asking for help and support with my court date approaching in days and then received a reply one evening saying not to worry all was in hand for him then not to show up. I never even knew his name which is just so unprofessional. No explanation was given directly to the court which infuriated the judge so I had to explain that he had rung me an hour ago and said he wasnt coming so to go on my own. The judge said it was disgusting behaviour and in fairness to me my case had to be adjourned due to not having my legal representation. The court have placed an order for the firm to pay the other sides costs of over 1500 so another gain for my abuser. This firm is clearly just interested in money not people and my experience with them was terrible and just prolonged an already awful experience. I would avoid dealing with them as the experience with my new solicitor couldnt have been better
