The best way to summarise my experience with Bud, Steve and his team is professional and friendly. Steve is organised, knowledgeable, reassuring and true to his word. His team are friendly, experts and super fast. They worked hard all day in any weather. They are a pleasure to deal with and brought our design to life. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We had paving laid by Steve and his team in 2018. The job was completed on time, was just what we wanted, great and were very happy with everything. Twelve months later we had problems with cracks appearing in the grouting at the edges only. Steve visited and fixed it without complaint and said if it occured again, the paving would need to be redone and there was no time limit to the guarantee. This year the problem has worsened yet despite phoning, texting and emailing Steve since June he has still not responded. The longer this goes on the worse the problem gets. It must be a concern for anyone if the after care does not follow through once payment is made.
