From the initial contact to the personalised video, the test drive and the final handover everything went smoothly. We dealt with Paul, who went above and beyond to make the process easy to navigate and stress free . We had 2 long drives to view and purchase the car - we were made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout our time at the dealership. The final moment of our pick up was a wonderful addition. I was personally dealt with by Sidney who was fantastic made the whole process quick, easy and very smooth.
