        Customer service by one of the staff is awful, the tall one. Everything for him was a shrug of the shoulder and as if I was asking him about the make up of the universe. Even the question of 'is this regulator value working and tested' was rocket science to him and the answer was 'I don't know, (shrug), don't know what to do' lol, what a joke. The other chap was more pleasant but clearly following orders from the thin tall one. The management needs to change their roles around. Lucky for me I'm hiring helium gas for a client, so I can laugh my way home!
