Absolutely disgusted I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday they took all my details down wrong then when I called themthe day before they said I never had a room with them but still taken my money for the room and for a week ive tried to get my money back speaking to several managers who said they would help and get back to me and they haven't the women on the desk just know after talking to her for 10 mins she pretend that the signal broke up on here phone worse hotel experience I've had and I never even stopped here had to pay a fortune to book a crown plaza last minute witch was 100 per cent perfect
