Holiday Inn Slough - Windsor, an IHG Hotel

Rooms and hotel service was good. The breakfast service was all good till the rude floor manager wrecked the whole review score. Was on a Sunday morning, went to restaurant for breakfast, was told by a staff that we could sit anywhere. Here comes the rude Eastern European floor manager. Insisting to put us somewhere. Made us move to the exact table at the end. Despite trying to explain to her that my child's seat may obstruct the walking path, she didn't bother to listen at all. Most importantly, see how empty the place was, in the photo, the whole time i was there. She kept talking at her high pitched high volume level. Had to literally ask her to stop talking so that I could talk. Anyway, one of the poorest service from a managerial level that I've seen in hospitality. Shame on you dear restaurant floor manager.
