This is for the parts department, tried to order parts, telephoned and emailed items needed. It's over a week ago now still waiting for a reply but and have gone elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

The experience at Johnsons Honda Slough was good because they are very nice, and give me great prices letting me save a lot of money, are a good dealer.

I have bought two cars from Johnsons now, one new this year and one used (4 years ago). Both times the experience was easy, clear to understand and fair in terms of pricing. In addition I have used them for servicing for the last 4-5 years and the service department led by Kevin has been faultless, always accommodating, willing to help and explain things clearly. Highly recommended

Salesman Jamie was very nice, although more than a few times failed to return calls. Sales manager Danny is a stereotypical car salesman. If theyre going to be selling financial products I think they could probably do with more training, I think unfair to expect this grade of car salesmen to sell financing. Premises are nice and spacious with on-site parking. A few minor issues at handover but they did rectify them. Id say down to a lack of attention to detail and possibly care. Apparently they sell 500 cars in March and September and dont have time. Dont think Id use them again after my experience.
