As I had used John before, I asked John Rama to deal with an underfloor leak in the downstairs toilet. John attended the following day and quickly identified the source of the leak. He retiled the broken tiles and repaired the wall which had been damaged by the leak. Whilst he was at the premises my Tenants identified a misaligned french door and smell coming from the washing machine. John readily agreed to deal with these problems and sorted the issues quickly to my satisfaction. It was nice to deal with John , a tradesman who stuck to his word and dealt with all the issues unlike some others I had the misfortune to deal with.
