Hit and a miss. Sometimes the service is pretty good. The jacuzzi has been warm and pleasantly clean sometimes, but once it smelt and didnt feel clean and a couple of times it was not in use. Overall staff are pretty cool. I would say they need to work on their telephone manner ! Decent place to relax. Monthly rates for just the sauna / jacuzzi / steam room would be great!

I had a lot on my mind and needed somewhere private and quiet to clear my thoughts. I was welcomed courteously and shown around the facilities which were adequate and clean. The staff were polite and chatty without being intrusive. I spent 2 hours on the premises, was offered a free cup of coffee and someone came to my assistance within seconds of my tripping on the step into the steam room. I was pleasantly surprised to be told there was a smoking room, which enabled me to fully relax and unwind. The whole experience was entirely satisfactory and good value for the money I paid.
