I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mr. Awat (Hairdresser). Today (04/09/22), I was being attended by Mr. Awat for a haircut. Soon when I left his shop, I noticed a sensation of pain and burning sensation on my forehead. I then noticed blood resulting from a cut on my forehead. I immediately went to him and on showing him the cut that was caused by him, he responded in an apathetic manner by saying that do you want me to call an A&E. You are a big man This is just a small cut. There was no apology, no sympathy and no feeling of regret. It was
extremely disappointed to find such an unapologetic and unprofessional response. I am still experiencing burning sensation on my cut while I am writing this comment. I dont have an option of giving zero stars, otherwise I would had given zero stars.
