Extremely friendly staff and professional. Excellent knowledge of products and treatments. Clean and well maintained salon. Made You Look really stands out in a high street full of salons and hairdressers. Boss man is a good looking guy too.

I enquired about getting a balayage done.I was called in for consultation, patch test was done. I clearly told the lady I had henna done previously myself. I rang following week in regards to getting the balayage and made an appointment for 23/06/2022, I was told my patch test was ok. When the process was started my color wouldnt lift and it left lot of orange and red. She did say my patch didnt show much but you never know. The bleach was applied twice, I had to pick kids up so left with my hair not finished with hard rough red/orange looking hair. I was charged 145 for balayage and toner. When I attended the consultation first time I was booked in for balayage, toner and Olaplex price quoted was 143. I came back again in 24/06/2022 day thinking my hair is not done at all and the lady will finish the job today (there was lot of red and orange left it was also very rough). The HD re-applied the bleach and than the toner , I was told day before it is only going to be two foils. The end results there are still some red/orange in my hair and I was charged again 118 for high light, toner and blow dry, I clearly told her I will get the blow dry when I get a haircut not today. I wasnt told of the charges beforehand for the next day I attended it was a surprise, I was told half way sitting on the hairdressers chair foil on my hair that there will be a charge. At that time I didnt have that much money. If I knew it would cost me 262 I wouldnt have come here. I was charged for Balayage, I went next day to be charged again for highlights? My hair is really rough and three different shades of color. I wasnt made aware of the charges. After month of emailing salon still havent got back to me. Service: Hair coloring
