Although the final cover design for my book was of good quality, the amount of mistakes that were made during the process were careless, time consuming and unacceptable. I shall not be using them again for future projects.

Awful service. Was assigned an account manager who barely spoke a word of English creating a language barrier. I had a proof reading service done that cost me hundreds of pounds to find out after it was released there were missing words, plurals where there shouldnt be and over all a shoddy job done! That's just two of the things that went wrong.... my advice.... I would strongly recommend staying away from this company!
